As a marketing consultant and marketing doer, I will examine your current marketing strategy (including your target audience and brand message). I’ll see what works and what doesn’t and put together a revised marketing strategy. This will be the marketing strategy/plan that’s most likely to help you build a consistent flow of new customers and help you keep existing customers engage. So once we’re clear on your marketing strategy……I will drive the creative engine of your new marketing strategy, and measure the KPI of your new marketing strategies.

 

After that, if you need me to, I will also get you customer feedback on the marketing strategy. But if not, I can simply work on improvising strategy for perfection and excellence.

 

What does my 'marketing consulting’ look like?

 

During this challenging time and beyond, I’ll work with you one-on-one to help you identify:

  • What you should be doing.

  • How you should be doing it.

  • And help you to get it done.

 

As a consulting client, I’ll be your own, dedicated, consultant who will get to know you and your business intimately as if I’m part of your team. You’ll speak with me, regularly, usually once every week, either on the phone or, preferably, via Zoom.

I’ll use my 20+ years of Pharma business marketing experience, knowledge, and expertise to map out exactly what you should be doing right now and help you to do it. You’ll normally agree to 1 or 2 specific actions at the end of every call and as your marketing consultant, will keep you accountable to make sure the right things are getting done.

My marketing consulting services are suitable if any of these are true

  1. You don’t do any marketing but you know you need rhythmic marketing activity to get a reliable and predictable flow of customer insights and new ideas.
